Ben – Seeing as this seems to have become your journal as well! I’ve noticed from some of your pics a difference in leg size, I assume this is due to your bike crash? As someone who has had a load of knee injuries how did you bring your bad leg up? I originally injured mine 14 years ago at school and the size difference is still drastic.

Kinda unrelated to your training currently Jordan, but I listened to your podcast with AJ Morris recently and you talked briefly about your rugby playing days and it reminded me of something I thought about before

What was the injury that you suffered that stopped you playing Rugby? Was it so bad that you were unable to play again or would it have just required to much rehab and even then you wouldn’t have been the same player? Also how did you do it?

Obviously I’ not the Jordan you wanted to answer this question but still

I always prefer to hit my compound movement first when I’m at my freshest and strongest. Hit isolation afterwards.

So for me, today I’m training Pull. First exercise will be BB Rows (used to be deadlifts) After that’s done I’ll go to pullups/pulldowns/cable rows etc

Has always worked for me and I’ve always progressed well that way

    Walk to work
Go for a walk on your lunch break (I go for a 25 minute walk at lunch usually, adds 2500/3000 steps
Go to the toilet/printer at every opportunity and go to one further away from your desk if possible.

    Small things all add up
