your T4 will drop if supplementing T3 as not as much needs to be produced to convert to T3. you could always supplement T4 as well to balance it up

quick update. managed to put just under a kilo on literally had to eat 5k kals a day and more. feel I’ve softened a little but that’s probably due to dropping to cruise with V high carbs. 93.2kg this morning fasted.

Am I still good to keep going

I don’t think blending meals is a good idea, as then it just further reduces your ability to eat

so pick dense options for the most kcals in the least food

ie salmon – high in protein and fat

cook in oils to bump fat

carbs….baby rice is v small in volume

sultanas can be added to rice or pasta and will add a chunk of carbs

    little things like that ????

95 is far from all good lol. That number should be around 70-80.

I have seen mine around 93-95 at the very end of a gaining phase 40 plus lb up over 6 months n pushing supps to the max. This was one of the markers letting me know I needed to pull back.

When this gets close to a 100 or over the doc is looking at BP meds for you so I would work on reducing this

So let’s use some common sense.

    Can see all abs

Splits in all muscles and vascular
You know you don’t need to mini cut for BF reasons n if you don’t you need to do some more research n reading around this area.

Next – fasted blood glucose and blood pressure – are these healthy ?

Then digestion as Jimmy states above.

All are part of the big picture bud

No mini cut needed here Josh. Nowhere near infact. I can tell by look alone. I’m assuming digestion and everything is fine. plenty of room to push, probably another 15-20lbs easy

thanks Jimmy. tbh I don’t really understand digestion. I go loo once twice a day normally 1st thing and before bed. I use digestive enzymes every meal and Glycomax by Strom. I use AcV greens n eaa/glutamine 1st thing. I actually struggle to hold bodyweight at 92kg with 300g+ protein and 600+carbs daily. I’ll keep pushing and probably post on here once a week. hoping to get a coach in the new year
Ok so in basic terms digestion is mainly down to how your food sits in your stomach once you have eaten it. if you eat a meal and it sits heavy on your stomach for a long period of time and you still feel full or bloated by the time you are due your next meal the chances are digestion is not very good and nutrient partitioning wound not be optimal. We want to eat meals and feel ready to eat within 2-3 hours this means you are utilising a lot of the food you are eating and digestion is good. Taking your food up in smaller increments will help keep digestion on point, Usually when people push food up too fast is where we see problems.
thanks again Jimmy
no force feeding for me there’s times where literally I’ve got hunger belly aches. I can eat my big breasted of oats and omlette and be starving again a couple hours later
