11 weeks into an off season is very soon to consider cutting again. Your condition still looks decent, so as long as your digestion is feeling good and you’re progressing with your training, I say keep going.

you think Clare? it was more a rebound phase. PEDs are getting lowered now to cruise for 8-12 weeks. So don’t know if to mini cut whilst doing so
You’re still in a good place to keep pushing imo. Just don’t increase calories immediately, then assess how things are going in a few weeks. You’re in a good spot

thanks Clare. I’ll try and keep condition in check kals around 4k daily. sometimes I add more pre bed depending on scale weight cos I burn that many kals in a day and I know how much I drop overnight normally

No mini cut needed here Josh. Nowhere near infact. I can tell by look alone. I’m assuming digestion and everything is fine. plenty of room to push, probably another 15-20lbs easy

thanks Jimmy. tbh I don’t really understand digestion. I go loo once twice a day normally 1st thing and before bed. I use digestive enzymes every meal and Glycomax by Strom. I use AcV greens n eaa/glutamine 1st thing. I actually struggle to hold bodyweight at 92kg with 300g+ protein and 600+carbs daily. I’ll keep pushing and probably post on here once a week. hoping to get a coach in the new year

Hi Josh, it depends how your body is responding. Some people gain weight and tissue quite easily so the need to eat huge amounts of food isn’t needed however some people it will take a lot of force feeding to put on weight. How does your body respond to high food?

6 months. I find it so crazy how few people do it . Obv I know it’s really damn hard and most people give up at 25 pounds or they train so poorly they just fat instead of growing . But fuck , when you actually do this and want it to be part of your life – just do it, it’s really simple . I have gone 60 pounds over my lowest previous weight and that was so damn hard, but it’s literally the only way year on year on year to grow like that.  I will do 50 pounds over my last stage weight this time and I should get 4-5 new pounds muscle from it this time

I agree Jordan obviously training intensity/nutrition/recovery etc has to be bang on. how much of your remaining 55lbs will be fat/water retention? and when you say can be done on low drugs for an average guy how low we talking? ball park figure? I’m sure I watched one of your vids once saying you can hold strength/weight on 2iu GH and a ml or 2 of test but don’t quote me… thanks for the response

hi James. what benefits do you find GH as in off season and do you find it makes you retain a shit ton of water particularly when you re introduce it?

hi Joe what’s cycle now then? in terms of your diet it interests me that you don’t opt for the pro/fat approach probably only one of a few that doesn’t. is there a reason for this pal?

Your output is real high, extra calories needed for sure. Don’t focus on chasing scales gage performance as key factor when looking to grow…. putting weight on for the sake of it means nothing and will not benefit you

understood pal but putting any weight on at all seems to be an issue? I’ve pulled T3 so see what happens on these calories
No it doesn’t as long as Strenght is on the up then it’s not an issue, gaining weight alone isn’t everything

what are your kcals per day? and what are your macros?
t3 in one person is not relevant or comparable to another…hilly for example has a lower natural thyroid output, so using 25 maybe just put him into range…another individual could have the same reading without any exogenous use.
the basics here is energy balance

To add to this.  My T3 has been low for a long time, However I have been off for the past 8 weeks and got my T3 tested and its now higher than it was when on 25mcg t3 lol.
So you may be actually slowing your own metabolism down by taking low dose T3.
which is also why when you have Insta message me I explained not to taper down to 12.5 josh
As we have discussed all this on insta because he said he didn’t want to many peoples opinions but seems he did lololol

as youre 8 weeks post show, i assume you have you had bloods too? what was your thyroid reading here?

are those direct macros or macros from an app?

food isn’t super high, so I would personally up my kcals

I did have bloods with the GP but they didn’t test T3 and T4 only TSH which was in range. I’m going to drop T3 as of tomorrow and use sea kelp for support. Those are macros from an app but I eat the same amounts everyday. once T3 is out I’ll reassess and drop food if weight fly’s up or condition wavers too much. I will also be getting bloods at end of December whilst on cruise to see if bloods are good. they were pretty good 4 weeks into rebound. This time I will make sure it includes T3 and T4 as well as other health markers
