    No impact on thyroid. It defo will see a big raise in basal metabolic rate from vastly increased mitochondria number and then mito efficiency .

    I guess the more you take the higher it raises it.. I’ve been doing 600mcg split fasted & pre & definitely finding harder to put weight on but certainly staying leaner

    Jp do you ever find thyroid sends you flat? I always find even on 25/100 i feel it sends me quite flat

    Also, it’s allowing digestion and appetite down already with the food increase I’ve made. If I can’t eat, I won’t grow and I’m not even pushing food much yet [/quote]

    246 yesterday so dropped a few lbs after rest day as predicted. But I like that. Helps make sure gut doesn’t get very stuffed all the time

    Food is quite low anyway for how. I’ll see how I get on my mid week, I should / want to see 250 lbs comfortably. I’ll reassess if that doesn’t happen.

    I’ll take some progress pics too this week. Keep myself accountable

    Yesterday was legs. So it’s come back round 5 days after the last one.

    I’m loving the smith squats right now. For once, more so then leg press. I’m at 60kg per side for a comfortable but hard 8. So I want to build on this. I’ve not built up my squats for over 10 years haha but smith is way less risky then barbell. Easier too I guess

    These peptides – game changers. Not just physique wise, but mentally too.

    I feel so much more focus / switch on. Mental cognition / health and a benefiting a lot from some of these which just allows me to my work better / faster , do more work, and also work on my other business venture / interest. Which needs a lot of reading and researching

    Leg day with abs

    Laying ham curls 1 x 12

    Leg extensions 3 x 7-12

    Smith squats 2 x 8-12

    Leg press 2 x 10-15

    Seated ham curls 2 x 8-12

    Adductors 2 x 6-10

    Abductors 2 x 8-15

    Rope ab crunches 3 x 8-15

    Will you just stick with test/eq SAS the whole way… do you think you’ll have to use AI?
