what the thoughts behind proviron mate? And do you feel 25mg is enough over 50? what do you feel it adds to the cycle

Again Hilly is spot on. I only tend to use GH for contest prep because one proper stuff is expensive and 2 it’s best to utilise it’s effects during a contest prep. As Hilly said it makes you leaner over a long period of time and gives the muscles a fuller look. It was a game changer for me using it for the 1st time this yr.

    The science is – effects

As an effect GH causes a release of FFA to be burnt as energy, as the body stores a lot of its fat around midsection when you drop BF wether its diet or drug you have a leaner stomach.

As an effect GH causes more water retention within the muscle.  Giving a fuller look, meaning the muscle will push against the skin also giving a leaner look.

Less fat/fuller muscle and booom theres your answer

Hey, personally for a rebound i wouldn’t use more than 400mg test and maybe throw in 400mg bold or npp. The extra food will be the most anabolic thing in your body post show. Alot of people just run test on Its own and get great gains. So i think the first option looks good but without mast e.

Ryan would it matter that it’s a deconate like and not NPP? why no mast just out of interest? I also will be running proviron at 25mg daily and I’ll be tapering of t3

Haider don’t want to sound disrespectful just want to know your opinion. That looks a lot of drugs…. do you think someone like Ryan Terry who is probably the best men’s physique athlete in the UK uses anywhere near these amounts?

There’s no rush to compete, take some time and put on some good tissue, i used to take 2 or 3 yrs off a time so i noticed dramatic differences. Also you could save abit to get the gyno cut out, like Jamie said you could be the best in the world but they will mark you down for gyno.

thanks for the input Ryan. As like all of us the pro card is the dream. I just don’t want to run out of time but I understand I can’t get one at NAbba ????.

I guess my 2nd question If I was to stop… still debating this morning as I do fasted cardio.

how would I rebound out of the harsh cycle I’m on…

For last 2 weeks up to comp it’s been

    500 mast

    500 tren

    50 var

    50 winny

    20 halo

    75 proviron

    50 T3 for last 8 weeks

60 clen last 10 weeks tapered up

    15mg yohimbine past 4 weeks.

previous to these 2 weeks it was

    600 test

    300 mast

    300 tren

    50 var

25 proviron for the past 10 weeks

ideally I want to stay on but healthily I know my liver enzymes are high and HDL cholesterol is half.

I was thinking to make most of rebound something like

    300mg test E

    200 mast E

    250 primo?

any advice from experienced AAS users would be appreciated [/quote]

keep test around 300mg and put npp in at 400mg or primo at 400mg. Take t3 down to 25 then eventually off, remove everything else.

thanks Ryan. could I keep mast in at ,100-200 and proviron at 25mg with 2iu GH on training days. Im quite estro sensitive so the mast and proviron could potentially combat. thanks

    Madness.

After battering your body n liver during prep your going to continue to batter it during rebound. Makes no sense.

I would switch to fast acting esters so when done they clear.

I would do test E , NPP and mast p at 250mg each per week.

    Drop all orals

    Drop Clen

thanks Clare maybe not so much at men’s physique level it’s a young man’s game lol. I’m still managing to carry on day by day getting my cardio done , training and not cheating my diet at 12 days out. I guess it’s the fear of not been competitive that’s worrying me.

If you’re that close, just go for it then. You’ll at least know then where you stand and what needs to be done. Sounds like the ‘What if’ of not competing will play on your mind more.
