Well obv not compared to 50 as it’s double … but 25 is a nice dose for off season period I think. I like to push it higher in prep when I have more compounds in the stack. You good buddy?

what’s people’s thoughts on bread as a carb source. always makes me look watery due to sodium… but it’s simple and low fat?
As every one has stated above in general bread is a good carb sources and the right one can come with lots of nutrients or be a high carb/low fat packed meal for PWO.
However some people struggle to digest it and it can cause inflammation which could lead to water retention and quite a few report this so if this is the case for you then I would opt for Free from bread or 0 bread.

Again Hilly is spot on. I only tend to use GH for contest prep because one proper stuff is expensive and 2 it’s best to utilise it’s effects during a contest prep. As Hilly said it makes you leaner over a long period of time and gives the muscles a fuller look. It was a game changer for me using it for the 1st time this yr.

The science is – effects
As an effect GH causes a release of FFA to be burnt as energy, as the body stores a lot of its fat around midsection when you drop BF wether its diet or drug you have a leaner stomach.
As an effect GH causes more water retention within the muscle. Giving a fuller look, meaning the muscle will push against the skin also giving a leaner look.
Less fat/fuller muscle and booom theres your answer

Hey, personally for a rebound i wouldn’t use more than 400mg test and maybe throw in 400mg bold or npp. The extra food will be the most anabolic thing in your body post show. Alot of people just run test on Its own and get great gains. So i think the first option looks good but without mast e.
