Average day.be warned not all healthy.
Breakfast- 100g oats,10g PB 10g biscoff spread, 1scoop whey,M2 2wholemal toast 2whole eggs. 4 egg whites.75g oats with cinnamon
M3- pre 1 large banana 1 scoop whey.
25g 85%dark chocolateIntra 1scoop.size on gaspari 10g creatine 10g glutamine
Post workout 1scoop whey
M4 post- 250g chicken 80g uncooked rice
M5 same as M4
M6 75g oats 1scoop whey 10g NB 10g biscoff spread
Plus cheats and Snacks
As for composition still relatively lean. All six abs on wake normally go to bed with top 2. On average drop 3-4lbs overnight.

I dont go overkill with the health supplements . Just a useful A-Z two omega a day 2vit D and 1000mg VIt c with a B12 complex. I may have too my only issue is I don’t know which macro to push up. 300p should be ample at my bodyweight evwn with slight assistance. Carbs already at 5-550.

Hi Clare. Yeah had a couple of health checks I look after my blood sugar , blood pressure and RHR. Had thyroid tested before and everything been ok. Touch wood got no diseases. Red and white blood count always been ok.
Track my output through steps, Fitbit etc. Usually around the 12-15k mark.
Food all recorded through my fitness Pal accurately and weighed etc. I just can’t stay full either!!
