    Died & cycle 10 weeks out from Detroit pro

    Training day – no cardio

    1- 15 egg whites, 200g oats, 100g honey, 10 insulin

    Train- 30c

    2- 70g whey, 120 gr oats oats, 50g honey

    3- 15 egg whites, 150g oats

    4- 225 gr chicken veg

    5- 90g whey

    Rest day

    60 cardio (any time)

    1- 15 egg whites, 150 g oats

    2- 70g whey, 100 gr oats

    Hi sas obviously these days you run AAs a lot lower than the average guy your size in off season.. as this always been the case or have your run high doses at a younger age to build the mass & foundation you have now?

    I would do daily shots and just make the change straight away , 300 eq isn’t much and 700 test is a lot

    Would you run eq/primo combo or just primo? Thanks

    Do you find a big jump in weight from your cycle buddy? I’m running pretty similar slightly more eq slightly less mast but I’ve not gained a single thing. If anything I’ve lost weight!!

    Hi Joe. Is your estrogen not low with all that primo/eq & adex? How do you find your RBC running both primo/eq. Never really see many running both. Thanks
