246 yesterday so dropped a few lbs after rest day as predicted. But I like that. Helps make sure gut doesn’t get very stuffed all the time
Food is quite low anyway for how. I’ll see how I get on my mid week, I should / want to see 250 lbs comfortably. I’ll reassess if that doesn’t happen.

Yesterday was legs. So it’s come back round 5 days after the last one.
I’m loving the smith squats right now. For once, more so then leg press. I’m at 60kg per side for a comfortable but hard 8. So I want to build on this. I’ve not built up my squats for over 10 years haha but smith is way less risky then barbell. Easier too I guess
These peptides – game changers. Not just physique wise, but mentally too.
I feel so much more focus / switch on. Mental cognition / health and a benefiting a lot from some of these which just allows me to my work better / faster , do more work, and also work on my other business venture / interest. Which needs a lot of reading and researching

Kuba when you talk about replacement T3/T4 what dose is that.. I see people say 25/100 but then read that the thyroid only really produces 6.5 T3 per day naturally? Thnx

I would run a short and sharp diet phase then rebound out into a growth phase.
That frame still needs more tissue overall

Jordan how do you find test/eq differs vs test/primo. Do you find differences in BP readings/estro/libido etc.. you said it doesn’t feel as clean.. how does that feel. I find EQ makes me feel a bit more sluggish & unfit although BP is fine etc

I felt I needed to bump my test as I felt my Estro lower than it needs to be even tho blood work has shown it still slightly above range

Hi Marc, for such a big guy it would be interesting to hear what type of peds your running to hold the size you do whilst your dieting. I appreciate you may not want to share specific dosages but a ball park total & type would be interesting to hear.
