SAS do you find equipose drops your estrogen at all. I know your test dose is relatively high but do you feel it helps alongside your AI. When will you drop the diet/drugs update… intrigued as always 🙂

257 today so held. And it’s rest + cheat day.
I can already feel equipoise kicking in. Maybe placebo lol but I definitely have heavier / fuller feeling. Not as dry. But it’s needed now. As masteron phases out and eq builds I should see a fuller more 3d look to my muscles
It’s way too hot today lol. So instead of just eating “fun foods” all day and feeling too hot and bothered all day, I’ve bulked up mu usual meals so far and added a few cookies here and there, some rice cakes with banana and peanut butter too. So food is still higher
4 meals the same. Then a cheat meal tonight. Which will be a pepperoni pizza, garlic dough rolls and maybe some fries.
Some chocolate for desert.

Kuba do you ever feel (not necessarily in yourself) but that using lower aromatising drugs or drugs which potentially lower estrogen can negatively impact building muscle in off season vs something like deca which will cause water retention giving more power in the gym due to the heavier bodyweight?

Rest day is actually the exact same as training right now Josh. I don’t see or feel the need to drop food. It’s boosting recovery. That might change as I get heavier, food goes higher and appetite starts to drop. Yes will switch to eq either next week or week after next. That should see a nice increase in fulness, pumps and body weight on its own without extra bloat. And appetite benefits too. I’m looking forward to that I get on very well with eq [/quote]

No reason other then finish my current mast vial haha. Call it ocd. I can be weird like that : D
I’m going to go a touch higher. 800 or 900. Just want to see how I do on it. I don’t know if I need that dose to be honest, looking back on previous pushes. So I’ll run test and eq for 4-5 weeks, learn from it, then run a trt phase. After that go back to lower dosage pushes as food goes really high. I’ll soften up but growth won’t slow down. And it’ll be a safer route. But we’ll see [/quote]

Are you keeping steps up – 9-11kg spread throughout the day will help alot here IME
Yes mate my average steps are around 10-12k daily. Going to get bloods next week to see if t3 is the issue. If not feck knows. You’d think with 20iu lantus, Metformin & insure I’d be good

I feel pretty gd , just getting rid of the last bits of this chest infection ( didn’t stop me training , I was just bringing up shit a lot ) , the leg nerve will defo let me train again tmo, but the goal of tmo is low volume so I can hit the legs on a constant 3 sleep rotation , so every 3 sleeps they get hit .
My midsection is always going to be an issue , because I just have hammered the living fuck out of my body, but I know I need my legs even bigger to manage the proportions . My leg size is decent and it ended just over 31 inches in that diet, but I know I need them over 30s entirely stage ready , to balance my midsection .
So we will try to roll with the split I mentioned ,

I will need to play with the max volume I can do and repeat legs every 3 sleeps , but tmo i will start low ;
1 adductor
2 leg curl
1 widowmaker leg press
2 leg ext
1 hyper
3 calf
5 hanging leg raise
I get to hit calf and ab every 3 days also . When my Atlantis kit comes , I will alternate my leg press between the Atlantis pivot and the arsenal leg press . And leg curls I will alternate between : 1 standing + 1 lying , and 1 kneeling and 1 seated .
Leg extension will be done single leg

My macros are : 585c 70f 350p and Nt 450c 70f 350p – these will go up pretty fast im sure

Hi Jordan how do you find this ratio effects your estrogen. If I take primo higher than test I’m flat AF & weak as a kitten no matter the food. Thanks

I like the mixture of compounds and personally prefer doing something similar to just using 2 compounds – personally I would just use either mast or primo and not both but I have clients that prefer a mix – its very person depending and what funds are available and if you trust the drugs you are using.
For me I would just use test/mast/NPP personally and have the mast higher but there is no issues at all in doing what you are now.
i also see no issues adding a little anadrol for the final few weeks TBH if your feeling good and want that additional push – however I would just be using 25mg pre workout 3-4 times a week only personally.
Thanks hilly yeah I’ve decided to stick with where I am at. With a slight ratio switch on primo to NPP as my estrogen is getting worse lately as I get heavier. So will finish on 600test/200npp/500primo/250 mast. Will add Anadrol final 3 weeks.

Ignore him SAS he’ll find some muscle one day. Do you ever feel mast can give you a flat feeling. Obviously we know it doesn’t block estrogen but can inhibit the sites & mask the sides but a lot of people myself including find them selves feeling flat when they go say over 200mg even with a high test dose?

How much T4 do you generally run holly at the side of your GH dose in off season

SAS how do you dose your adex around your jabs? I currently don’t use & try to contol estrogen with primo & mast at the side of test/NPP. Similar total load to yourself but that’s my max off season. Do you not find adex slams your health markers? Thanks
