Hey Sas, couple of questions for you, how long before your session do Uk usually take winstrol?

And, can you please provide some background on your best push up in muscle, how did you go about it, duration, drugs used etc?

Hey bud. I’ll take winny / anadrol or any oral like that around 3-4 hours before I train. But as close as 1.5-2 hours is fine too

My biggest and best off season growth was 55-60 lbs in about 7-8 months. During this time I did 2 cycles of 600-800 test, 100-150mg anadrol pre workout, insulin 2-3 days weekly of 12-15iu with my pre workout meal. LOT of calories over 7k cals every day , 2.5k of them from cheat meals, muffins, cookies:
Fuck!! How many lbs of muscle would you say that yielded? How did you find the Anadrol in a gaining phase like that, is that a usual addition for most?
I gained 8 lbs stage weight that year. I gained quite a lot of fat but I get lean just as quick. Getting fatter let me use less anabolics.

Anadrol is one most seem to stay away from these days due to gut/appetite. But it’s a powerhouse for size fulness and strength. For me it doesn’t effect digestion or appetite. It adds a lot of mass for me. I will use it every off season
Do you generally keep the mass from Anadrol Sas? Or is it like a dbol where it just decipitates fast? Do you ever run 3 compounds together like test + 2 others or do you always stick with the one? Apologies for the questions but I find bodybuilders like yourself fascinating with no set rules, tracking etc.. just shows it can be done although IG these days will say other wise!

SAS looking outstanding already. Will you be adding any further AAS or do you set yourself & peak level in off season and just push Food on top?

Those results look fine to me. Just says your a good converter of T4 to T3. You could add 100 T4 & end up with a worse T3 result.

Hi Sas, do you know how many kals your new diet is? Do you prefer masteron over primo? Did you drop the 35lbs natural or did you bring the burners in. Can’t wait to see the comeback

258 again today. I actually feel fuller today then yesterday lol. I always do say a super high calorie day can have a delayed knock on effect

Training was very good as a result. Trained back, felt big full and round. No quite as tight as yesterday for some reason but I’m sure that’ll fix itself. I don’t tend to stress over tiny fluctuations like that because they could be caused by anything

Energy and focus levels are fine today. Still fuelled by Sundays cheat day. Waiting for that low food energy dip to hit me in the next 2 days. That’s when I know I’m getting leaner every few hours : D

    Back and abs

    Rope crunches 4 x 15-20

Rope straight arm pull overs 4 x 8-12

    Smith bent over rows 4 x 8-12

    Reverse pec dec 4 x 12-15

    Nautilus pull down 4 x 8-12

    Seated cable row 4 x 8-12

    Wide grip pull downs 4 x 8-12

SAS do you pyramid up in weight on these sets? How many warm ups do you do per exercise buddy?

Hi Joe, did you find the lrf-3 or ghrp6 make any real difference? Have you now removed these on prep?

Yeah man igf really helped with fullness and pumps and the ghrp6 was good for appetite – it didn’t make me ravished but dont think anything would with the amount I was eating but it allowed me to eat
Are you still using them? Also have you remained on T3 straight into prep? Are you worrried your natural thyroid won’t recover?
