    On first upper rotation I’d go

    Lat raise

    Incline smith

    Flat chest press

    So that way you aren’t doing to movements that are similar one after the other.

    The rest of the stuff is okay 👌🏿

    Where would you move the shoulder press then if you don’t mind me asking

    I always put biceps with lower.

    I wouldn’t see a need to put delts there to tho

    Do you have any tips for what bicep work you would do on the lower days, or just do what I like best?

    Why the side delt in lower days

    I don’t want to throw them in at the start of my upper days and since my lower days are pretty efficient it doesn’t hurt to throw in a set

    Hi mate

    Your volume is really low on some of these, which is fine, provided you’re burying your sets. No room for a load of reps in reserve on some of these sessions.

    Is there anything you would add volume to?
