what is up guys, small checkin from me, the last 4 weeks i have been enitrely back in Bodybuilding mode , just nothing makes me as happy training that way, progressing lifts that way, pushing that way. Been a great month of training and i have regained a huge amount of strength very very quickly.
Not sure on what my goals are next year other than keep focusing on what makes me happy, whatever that may be .
im still grappling a couple times a week, its fun , but it just doesnt come close , for me, to lifting

It’s normal in the way that your using Testosterone and so your test level is supra-physiological basically waaay above the natural rangeYour estradiol is up due to higher test.You’d have to define normal mate? Yes it is normal that your results show high test based on fact your injecting test. My question would be how are other markers looking? How do you feel? How is sex drive? HowIs sleep? How is mood? Skin? Etc then depending on these answers you can adjustAlso, everyone will respond differently to compounds, for example 300mg per week test E for me, puts me just above 30nmol test on bloods, whereas someone else could take 150mg and be in the 40s. -

Just a quick question, regarding titration of dosages..
I’m planning a growth phase, and starting with 300mg Test E, 300mg Mast E and 100mg NPP.
I had planned to slowly increase the Mast, but Hilly mentioned to me that that solely increasing Mast isn’t majorly beneficial for massing as it’s the weakest compound.
I guess my question would be how much would you jump compounds and how often would you assess and adjust? Weekly? Fortnightly? Etc
I’m thinking, j can get away with bigger dosage jumps with mast and smaller increases with NPP or test.
I disagree with hilly, it isn’t weak it just doesn’t give you sides / water retention.
I will have only drove up my primo / mast in prep and offseason and I have made most progress I ever have.
I would increase test slightly along side but personally I think Increse from dht is not only most effective but has the least impact on your health markers
I wouldn’t jump compound, I would plan my peak dosage I want to run for x duration and increase dosages every few weeks by small amounts and frequent until peak dosage is reached then hold there for a portion of the cycle

Thanks Kuba.I have my planned peak dosage, and was simply going to increase Mast for the exact reasons you mentioned regarding sides and I know I can tolerate well etc.

Hey Bud all the guys have nailed it. My preference for early sessions for clients especially to support intense training is:-
heavy carb meal last meal the night before with some added fats 15-20g
then wake get well hydrated as you suggest.
Pre workout shake 30 mins before
MPS max 11g
creatine 5g
sustain – to suit you calorie needs 25-50g
Intra workout
sustain – as above
MPS max 22g
creatine 5g
2g pink salt
Post workout This could either be a meal or a shake with whey iso/carbs
Then start eating your meals 60 mins after the shakeThanks Nath. Appreciate the detailed response!

where have u booked to do bloods? as mines lower than yours and still in too high of a range to donate
Also.. It’s not a donation, they just take the blood and my guess is destroy it. I know they do similar for those with hemochromatosis (high iron and ferritin)

I just spoke to my GP dude, I’m lucky as my GP is pretty clued up and his brother competes so he put me forward for letting.

My thoughts.
I would want you leaner before a growth phase – a good 12-14lb off from here. This IMO will allow the growth phase to be more optimal overall and leave you in a better place post growth phase for the comp prep.
Bloods – looks like you need to give a little blood – How is BP?
I would make sure you are using TBJP vital support and love heart.
Doses – I see no issues with 300mg test/300mg masteron and 100mg NPP – However titrating the masteron on its own makes little sense to me as its the weakest compound there in terms of driving growth.
I would want to check my hormones on that set up and then if and when needed drive NPP up not masteron.
Thanks Peter.Yeah I have thought about doing a bit of fat loss phase before push up, I guess I need to embrace idea of one step back for two steps forward in this regard!BP is spot on, but I have booked to give some blood anywho, I believe in January so that should be good.Will make sure to get some vital support in.As for the titration of mast only, I think it’s just me airing on the side of caution with regards to sides etc as I know I can tolerate that amount of mast.But you make a lot of sense with it being weakest compound, so I will look at bumping NPP up along side based on feeling and also bloods. -
