Nothing just happens mate … how long have you run this plan for ? Maybe you need a deload ? Maybe you are rushing sets ? Maybe share your training plan below ? 👇🏿 I don’t know . But what I do know is it’d also help varying rep ranges .

im training fullbody eod ive been running this for 6 months and the past month ive been training jn 8-12 and i just havent gained any strength and losing reps and stuff im taking time to prepare for my sets

Highly doubt you are smaller if you’re gaining weight. Sometimes the illusion of off season shows that but that’s where you have faith and keep doing the basics well. Training hard. Progressing lifts. Taking body weight up and getting good rest

honestly i think i am ive sent progress pictures to my friends they cannot tell a difference they thought the November picture was the one took today i just dont get it

We need more context to actually answer this question. How’s diet etc outside of training? Is the be increase just from fat? Are you natural? If you’re progressing in training using proper execution and not cheating the progression then your physique will be progressing

my diet is good outside of training and suprisenly i think i have gotten leaner and smaller than i originally was but my body weight has went up im natural and im using proper execution training in 6-12 rep range with good form

Can you post some picture for us as reference, have you been taking your bodyweight up and increasing food? How long have you been running fb?

Ill try find the pictures and post them but honestly i feel like i look bigger in the older photos and ive sent them to a friend asked which one is the more recent one and they have said the one in November time which is obviously very humbling😂 i have took my body weight up from 70-75 kilos i think to now 84kg and i have been running fb since November ive only been training for roughly a year and a couple months aswell if that helps

Sounds like a good idea honestly if you’re struggling to push for those final reps due to stability 👍🏼 see how it goes!

went well but on the 6th rep accidentally re racked so it fully stopped while i was pushing it up actually fuming😂

    Yes, no problem.

Now you’ve made the switch, stick with them, execute well, steadily progress 🙌🏻

Hi Joe, what would you normally wear when it’s a little warmer? I would just revert back to that clothing

I mean last year when it got a little warmer i just wore t shirt and joggers but even so that was my first couple months training i just dont really feel comfy in anything apart from like oversized tops or hoodie and joggers and it’s actually such a pain😂

    Hi mate

Incredibly easily mitigated with a good hydration strategy, as Allison says, there’s some really good hydration supps in the TBJP range.

Also, unless you like the heavy sweating – change your outfit!

I would change the outfit but i dont like training in like a vest or anything so its just alot of bother because obviously you’d rather train in something your comfortable in

Yes, you are limiting your back growth

Your grip will always be weaker than your lat / upper back

Train grip / forearm separate if you need to.

Hardbody lifting straps code kuba10 – I have some tutorials on how to use them on my YouTube / instagram

alright thanks kuba ive got a pair of them just didnt really know how to use them ill have a look on your YouTube though and give it a go im guessing i use them on all back exercises?

yeah i understand that but how come ill do 8 reps one session next one im getting like 4-6

Hiya Joe, it could be for literally any and all of the reasons mentioned above. Recovery, diet, program, rep ranges, stress. All of these things could have an effect when it comes to progression period. It could literally be something as simple as you didn’t rest enough between sets. If you’ve been doing this for two weeks and have experienced this, I think you need to continue to be patient. Two weeks is no time at all my friend
okay thanks maddy ill see how it goes and get my recovery on point and update yous

Lovely, let us know how you get on 👍🏼
just finished my session managed to progress on everything and only overshot one set on lat pulldown and got 5 reps but apart from that ill learn and lower the weight but i think it was sleep because i havent been sleeping well but i got 7 hours then some before gym and it went well

Two weeks isn’t enough time to come to the conclusion that you’re making no progress, however make sure:

You are taking enough rest time between sets.

Your diet and hydration supports your performance and recovery.

    You’re sleeping well.

Then if you feel like progress has stalled, re-set your loads, check your execution and build your loads back up again.

Note though, that if you’re in a dieting phase, then progress will be limited.

    okay thank you
