i just dont get how if im getting 4 reps with a certain weight lower it by 10 kilos and gey the exact same amount of reps in different sessions

im trying to take the advice im lowering weight by 10 kilos plus but i think im so used to doing 5 reps and i was asking for advice if theres ways to adapt to 8-12

Is there muscle building benefits to 8-12 compared to 4-6 because ive been seeing alot of people say they are the same

Ive tried placing my feet in different places higher and lower on the pad it just doesnt seem to help sorry about my spelling by the way i didnt know how to spell it
.Ive always dealt with some sort of shin pain after ive started them so i think it is because of them

yeah i know it was an absolute terrible set genuinely worst set ive ever done overshot so badly ill stick to 8-12 with lower weight what weight do u think i could do if i got like 3 reps with 97.5 what would you recommend i change the weight to get 8-12?

okay thanks jordan i think this set was a one off usually ill shoot for like 4 reps and get it. Some days obviously progression isnt as well as i expected but ill up the reps to like 4-6 and will that be fine to build muscle?

hi mate i was going for 4 reps but overshot obviously and got 2 and a half until assisted so would i be fine if i was going for 4 to get the extra assisted and then stop so ive still got 4 reps
