okay thanks jordan i think this set was a one off usually ill shoot for like 4 reps and get it. Some days obviously progression isnt as well as i expected but ill up the reps to like 4-6 and will that be fine to build muscle?

hi mate i was going for 4 reps but overshot obviously and got 2 and a half until assisted so would i be fine if i was going for 4 to get the extra assisted and then stop so ive still got 4 reps

alright thank you jordan might have to swap out exercises soon because my gym doesnt allow gympins or anything so i dont really know what to do when i full stack

So would i be fine to lets say do cable curls then do hammer curls variation then next session do preacher curl then do hammer curls?

Should i put them in both my days so one day i do hammer curls and cable curls then on the other day i do preacher curls and hammer curls?

Yeah i mean i think they are quite sick of me asking stuff to be honest😂 because ive been asking about gympins for the past couple weeks and they always told me theyd tell me when they next see me and eventually told me im not

only problem i have is that no one else i know has issues with it so i feel like thats what they will say and just blame my shins and not their machines

i cant sadly its way too expensive to be doing every other day driving there and back and paying more for the membership

Yeah ill try find something to do for it hopefully i find a solution i wish i could train at that gym all the time but its a half an hour drive each way sadly

I tried single leg but it’s still the same pain and i find it really hard to do single leg because i shake alot because im not very stable
