thats a fair point man im keeping it in my training and ill see how it goes tomorrow its more for the fact i find it hard to progress on it but thats the same with alot of pressing movements ill see progress on everything apart from pressing movements

It is ran first in my session i have other options like a flat press but i just didnt know what to really do my gym has alot of hammer strength machines and i thought they would all be the same

I do incline smith machine press on my fb B day so thats why i don’t really know what to swap it for

thanks for the reply only problem is that i dont have much choice with my gym its all hammer strength i do it on my upper focused days on fb so what would you recommend i switch it out for

There is absolutely nothing better about any exercise than another when muscle levels are low . It’s very very hard for beginners to understand that because Instagram makes things very confusing , but if you took me back to my early years , knowing what I know now , if you Gave me 2 dumbells and a barbell , I know for certain I could gain 40-50 pounds of actual stage weight off that alone . I know that if all I had was press ups , in those first couple years I could build an insane chest off it

Fine , stick with it for 6 + months , no matter how distracted you get , keep going
do you think theres any i should switch as im moving gym so i have access to basically any machine like the flat press machine?
