Hi mate
Firstly, congratulations!
Agree with Bish here, don’t underestimate how important the gym will be for you to have a bit of your own time, when the rest of life quickly becomes about everyone else.
Having that bit of time to physically exert yourself, and have that clear headspace will help you bring your “best” you to everything else you do.
You’ve got some really good options laid out above, all of them should fit with the time you have
Enjoy it mate, and keep getting after it.
Thanks Rich, much appreciated

Most important thing is that whatever split you choose is enjoyable for you and fits in with your life commitments. Training should be fun and a chance to move your focus away from the stressors of life.
The guys above have made some great suggestions.
Thank you!

Hey bud this depends on how many days you can train but a body part split would definitely be my preference here and you can also condense work into supersets, or intensifiers or timed rest periods on isolation exercises too for efficiency.
A Dorian split is pulls also work nicely here
Chest & biceps
Back
Rest
Shoulders & triceps
Legs
Rest
Rest
Thank you!

Joe a few ways you can go about this , you can do a body part split where you do :
Monday – back
Tuesday- chest
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Legs
Friday – rest
Saturday – Upper
Sunday – rest
Thank you!
