Thanks for the feedback Rotties. Makes sense.
I think the hardest part about where to go next with food is the strong tie between what anabolics your taking ( how long, what compounds)
The science project continues…

literally came on the forum to search questions and this thread is exactly what i was looking for. morning iron im trying to get my offseason cycle back on track, same issues brother i dont like deca because my face gets huge and my body holds water like CRAZY. i was running test 450, tren A 350, and eq at 600. however i dropped the tren A and switched to E just to do all my shots 2 days a week rather than pinning every other day. im supposed to pin tomorrow but the past 2 days ive had zero appetite and crippling anxiety , like want to jump out of my skin i feel disgusting. Im guessing this was from the switch to Tren E cause there are no other variable changes. Ive ran tren A up to 800 a week ( rediculous) i know. but no issues. 1 shot of tren E and WTF.
So anyway i may drop the tren completely and up the test, throw a shot of deca in like david mentioned. and just deal with the water retention. IDK . i love tren A but it may be worth dropping for a while.
Has anyone had similar issues with Tren E or am i just nuts? i mean its the same drug so i dont understand how that can happen

MemberJanuary 12, 2018 at 2:41 pm in reply to: James Hollingshead 2018 transition into off seasonAwesome shit James and Jordan , serious motivation . It’s funny from the outside looking in , at any successful person , you think “wow they are lucky they don’t deal with what I have to deal with or i would be in that position” but it’s funny because it’s absolutely just not true . And hearing it first hand from you james and you being transparent … that is motivation. It’s a long road to do what you have done and life in itself can be heavy at times , so seeing your success as well as you Jordan lights my fire .
ALSO JORDAN WHILE I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION I SENT YOU A REQUEST FOR YOUR SERVICES FOR SOME HELP LIKE A WEEK AGO. Lol ????. do u have room to take me on board as a client ?

Full of information and your physique is insane dude . My question for u is , have their been any big set backs for you on this journey that knocked you down whether it be physical health , mental health, or outside circumstance ? It takes laser focus to achieve what u have already , just curious how you deal . Not sure if that’s too personal or off topic lol

I guess it depends … reason being for no fat post training is because it can slow absorption because fats slow digestion. And that post training window that is primed to shuttle proteins and carbs into the muscle is vital. It wouldn’t kill you to have fats but maybe save it for the “post post “ meal. I also train at night so I have 2 meals post training then bed . Usually try and stay away from fats those meals myself

does high estrogen cause constipation?? this literally might be the answer to an issue ive been dealing with for quite some time myself. Off and on my stomach is absolutely destroyed with gas and bloating and constipation. Even went as far as getting an endoscopy done but they came up with nothing other than gastritis which just means my stomach lining is inflammed. Been dealing with this for a while. Just got bloods back as well and estrogen was VERY high. during cruise phase.

I would put your deadlift in once a week on leg day along with squats. Thats what i have always done. If you are really deadlifting heavy and leaving it all on the floor its very hard to get a good pull workout in beyond that… numbers will suffer on other back movements. Just my opinion. I squat heavy then deadlift heavy and thats about all i have for that leg day. Its taxing on the lower back but now you are working with a thick strong lower back. The other leg day in the week is more focused on hack squats/legpress and isolated movements for hams and quads. JDH is very knowledgeable and his opinion is more thought out then mine lol. But i just do what i know … do what works for you, this is just what works for me.

i like to keep fats around the same whether it be rest day (higher) or training days(lower) and then just move your carbs up and down based off your calorie needs. I think its smart to keep the carbs higher on training days and lower on rest days. So when the plateau hits just up the carbs on training and rest days

i have competed in powerlifting for 3 years and i can totally vouch when your pushing heavy doubles and singles around each week.. it taxes you! nervous system is being rattled each week and it usually will knock you down on your overall energy
