    pretty much what Jordan preaches in a nutshell minus any heavy singles. Comparing it to what some think “bodybuilding” training is, light weights and tons of reps. So yea if you’ve watched any of jordans training you’ll see he is very big on low volume(heavy weights) and higher frequency. If your new here def check out his videos , his approach is not what many people think of when they think bodybuilding. But hes the master of mass and clearly his training is proof of that. Keeping rep ranges in 6-8, 8-12 with the maximum load.

    so in essence, if your idea of power building is using very heavy weights and pushing up in strength and that’s what your into… you’ve definitely entered the right site and forum hahahah. Soak up the info … its all here.

    But be aware, the goal of powerlifting is to move the weight from point A to B that fastest most convenient way, and that is not what we are doing here. In some compound movements, yes. but majority is still focusing on very heavy loads but using the targeted muscle to move the weight… hence “power building”

    And yes absolutely give that shit a go… progressive overload will build you up

    Dean, no not necessarily. i drink an intra workout shake that consists of 80g carb. but outside of training i have not played with that, but its not the worst idea. Actually will try this next push. Ive decided to cut it now and drop the cals. So each meal holds less carbs i have to tally the numbers in regards to carbs but ive dropped my oats from 100g carb to about 70g. And my rice meals went from 8oz to 6 oz. Post workout ive dropped my cerial from 6 oz to 4 oz. and i eat 2 squares instead of 5. So ive def dropped the cals and will continue this.

    If anyone wants to chime in on my last post about switching over to tren A and winny for the last 4 weeks of this blast that would be great. As i am most likely doing this because it makes sense to me, but if anyone sees a problem it would be cool to see your insight.

    Absolutely smashed legs tonight and didnt feel any sort of issue from the drop in carbs as of yet. Prob wont see problems till things get really restricted

    Rotties brother thank you for the input. This is a sturdy plan. This was my first training block logbooking and using these splits. Also the strongest ive been, ALSO lowest doses ive ran in a long time. hopefully i will see some carry over. Also hoping to see my hard earned muscle hang around being this is my first time cruising rather than coming off. That may have played a part in not holding on to my progress. i will bring the cals down and see how i look in the 175 range compared to last time i was down that low, then push back up.

    Might drop the deca now, keep the test at 500mg, add some winnies in for 4 weeks. then drop everything and cruise for another 6, see where i land and then push back up. Sound decent? orrrr if im going to finish this blast strong… throw in some tren A at 200- 350 a week with winnies and test at 500 for a total of 4 weeks then drop everything and cruise.

    Thoughts?

    if im sleeping deep which is most nights absolutely not… if im up and restless then absolutely. Disrupting deep sleep to get protein in… id rather sleep.

    i mean for me personally i feel as though i chew my food!! not something i really think about, at times i have to use water to get down the last bits of chewed food cause i simply do not want to swallow the remainder when its ANOTHER meal of chicken and rice, but i chew it up first.

    I will try the supps they cant hurt. This seems to be a big issue for me, and has been a MAJOR problem when it comes to competition time. But also put consious thought into chewing my food and see how things go. If i have drastic changes i will be sure to come on here and let you guys know. Thanks Dean,blakey

    are you saying not to drink fluids with my meals and supplement with betaine hcl or that it can be caused by lack of fluids with meals AND to supplement with betaine hcl?

    This is all good stuff, going to look into some of the suppliments recommended by dean. I have had problems with my gut for years now. Every time i start pushing calories, or even some times just at random my food just aboslutely will not digest. It will sit in the top of my stomach for hours. Bowel movements are minimal which is not ok because im piling in so much food. Usually comes with a lot of burping, but not the occasional relieving burps. After each meal or each bowel movement there will be burping every couple of seconds but no relief.

    Is this something that a lot of you deal with or at least something similar when your pushing your food. At times it really limits what i can do. Ive added a lot more water at times and that helps, along with a probiotic and fiber supplements but it doesnt go away completely. is this something that i will most likely deal with everytime i push up calories?

    Ive ran approximately 6 or 7 cycles … as a beginner with no guidance played with dosages WAY to high and compounds i had no business messing with at the time. So at this point i am trying to scale things back heavily with the drugs and allow my training and diet to take over. Which has been great, side effects are minimal , mentally im not a psychopath, and i feel healthy.

    Im hesitant to play with orals because of appetite suppression, which has happened before. And the is the LAST thing i need right now. My log book is starting to slow down with progressions, not to a WALL but slowing down.

    I hired some jackass for a diet and he included “supplements” I will say the diet is great and gave me a solid base for hitting macros and meal ideas. However without knowing my age, how many cycles ive ran, blood work, or anything specific he slapped a cookie cutter cycle for an “offseason” which consisted of 2 grams of total gear a week.

    After that i got on here and absorbed everything jordan has laid out in his videos and in the forums. THANK GOD because progress is great and im not absolutely destroying my body with drugs.

    Deca for the last 6-8 weeks just for the extra boost.. it wasnt the first plan. You should have seen the blind dosages i got from a “guru”. If i had done things right from the start it would have been test 500 with the deca 250 from the beginning but i was trying to scale things down on the drugs so i figured at this point adding a shot of deca in for the remainder of the cycle couldnt do any damage and might give me a boost and some relief on the joints. Also no availability on the NPP right now. So Deca it is for a couple weeks to finish strong.

    That plan sounds good Rotties. Drop the carbs around 4 weeks after last jab? Im actually looking forward to dieting its been absolutely exhausting getting these calories in, its like i dont have enough time in the day .. gotta stay up later to get everything in. ANYWAY haha Ill get some bloods done towards the end of the cruise make sure im clear then get to it.

    There is a 3 way split under the workout tabs on the site that JP posted. its 3 on 1 off. back/chest , legs, shoulders/arms. Puts more emphasis on the upper body 2:1. I have been doing this for about 4 weeks in total. i have the same issue. My legs are so dominant it actually takes away from my upper body. I am happy with progress so far, give it a look.
