Awesome response James. referring to clean calories i am referring to yes ice cream, fast food, things of that nature. obviously 3000 calories of chicken and rice meals vs 3000 calories of fast food meals would be healthier, just questioning the overall difference in growth and quality of the growth. I have been eating a diet consisting of very clean macros zero fast food. lean protiens like chicken breast, fish, turkey and even red meat. carbs are white rice brown rice and oats. fats are eggs and macadamian nut oil. the macros im eating are designed for building muscle tissue in what you might call a “clean bulk” but im at a halt in my growth for weeks now. Adding calories is the answer to my problems, my question is will adding calories from things like fast food and ice cream and stuff like that be worth my while?

ACCUTANE IS GOD. i ran a course for 6 months after an absolute disaster of a first cycle. i cant even begin to describe how bad my acne was on chest and back even ran down my arms, i looked like a leper. Accutane absolutely saved my ass! however 40 mg a day was enough to turn my skin into paper, be careful in the sun and make sure blood work gets done on your liver if your going to be taking this stuff without a script. I was REQUIRED to do bloods once a month for each of the 6 months i was on it. toxic on the liver. so stay far away from orals outside of the accutane and good luck.

never had a problem bringing pills on a plane keep them on your carry on , if theres no script for the meds i pop them into an advil bottle.
