Never heard of them mate but I do know I’ve been faced with the potential of having bunk gear. I just switched labs, it’s not worth the risk. If you’re determined to get to the bottom of things you can send the gear off to be tested.
I may actually do that, anywhere in the states for testing you know of ?

What lab were you using mate?
Xt labs… I think they are out of Mexico ? They have been around a while , somewhat well known. Michael Lockett is sponsored by them and always promotes them.. which could mean jack shit tbh. But it’s worth mentioning.
All items come packaged super professionally. You wouldn’t second guess the gear based of packaging that’s for sure.
Not sure what to do next cause I have an entire cycle already delivered . Primo/npp/test aromasin , nolva, ALL from this lab. So I’m conflicted .. junk it all and go with different source . Or risk injecting junk and hope bloods are good ????

How close to weekly injection did you take bloods? If you pinned on Saturday and then took bloods on Thursday/Friday then that may be the cause.

Blast was 300 test P/tren/mast per week. End of cycle bloods had my total test at 5500 on a 250-1100 scale6 weeks cruise 150mg per week(test cyp) has my levels now at 253 on the same 250-1100 scale.
I’m using the same lab I used on blast
Is my gear bunk or do you think It could be dose ? Never ran into this before.

Hey man was the cruise Test E from a different vial? Could be bad batch. What lab is it?

I had that happen, went hypo. so I switched to half my carbs coming from cream of rice the other half cereal or a bagel.. hasn’t happened since.

I cook all my food and weigh it cooked, and use an app to calc macros from cooked weight. Works for me.

I used to take mirtazapine and holy shit I put weight on. Nighttime cravings were out of control, Ice cream and choc bars were guaranteed.

Bloods getting run in 2 weeks (6 week cruise mark) I was more concerned about keeping AI out prior to bloods potentially leading to issues

It depends what it’s used for and why. I think taking a low carb approach is useful during certain situations, but I don’t think we need to be married to a certain way of eating indefinitely. I don’t like all these different names and rules that people come up with as the magic answer, I think we just need to adjust our diets and the ways we eat as we go; depending on our own current situations, health markers and goals.

Depends how you feel IMO, if you are full and don’t feel like eating, then you may lets say skip meal 1, and maybe add in a cardio session before meal 2. For some ppl they are hungrier the day after a binge, then I would suggest to just stick to the plan as if you go into a fast will most likely induce the binge-restrict-repeat pattern.
Not my topic but I hopped on and asked out of curiosity.. you make a really good point… that goes into the extreme Mindset that accompanies binging .. one extreme to another. Good input

Would it be sensible to fast the following day after a big binge before bed ?
Or just drop carbs and keep meals in ?
