    Hate to repeat what everyone says but bloods shout be done regularly on cycle and on cruise to prevent any guess work to how your feeling.

    Have you had a blood test to see what liver values actually are?

    You should be taking precautions throughout cycle and all year round. Supplement needs do a great liver stack which is essential and get the JP heart stack at bare minimum please!! Fish oil’s would be a great addition if you have none of them but if your coach knows what he’s doing you’ll be advised on supplements already?

    Blood work bro. See where your levels are before adding AI, may not need it which would be optimal. Go 4 weeks into blast, get bloods and then add AI if needed

    I’m not all the way sure but he’s increased cals slightly and I feel less like Tom hanks on cast away !! ????????

    Whatever works best for you. As long as you hit your macro breakdown your in good shape. Some training days I put majority of carbs around training, others I split evenly based on hunger and if I feel I can get away with splitting them evenly

    Like @haider said , lower for sure. But still there. I’m at 100carb rest days 280 on training days to give you an idea. Go plug your stats in on the diet planner here on the app it will give u a good breakdown and starting point

    Awesome responses guys I’m in full agreement. My last meal is pwo around 8PM and by 11 hunger hits boy!!! I dropped the 50g carb intra last night, and added 25g carb/25pro in at 11PM and wow , actually slept through the night.

    I’ve used that for the last 3 weeks and it’s damn good for me with macros. Only thing I dropped was intra protein simply because I don’t see it necessary but that’s me. Great way to see progress tho

    Awesome responses guys. I’ve just been telling myself as awful as I feel this means my body is fighting me because I’m burning fat. It’s amazing your body literally slows you down even walking or doing the simplest task. I appreciate the feedback just good to know I’m on track feeling this fatigued. Never been this deep, also never been this lean so there ya go !

    How much cardio are you doing? What’s your kcals and are you making steps forward?

    Coach said more food coming wed thank god , have to muscle through tomorrow. But yes tren a 300 sust 300 mast 300 per week. Winny 50 , Clen 40mcg,

    aromasin and caber being added when it’s delivered by end of week.

    Cardio 3x fasted 30 mins incline 3.5 mph

    Cardio 2x post training stair master 30 min

    Weight has halted now for 2 weeks and I’ve progressively felt worse day by day. Again hunger is no problem I can manage starving. It’s the fatigue that kills me
