    This post is ????!!! I love it . Your not alone brother. I would even venture to say that the guys you want to look like deal with the same mental dilemma. We are never satisfied. I ask myself all the time if this is for me. Doubt is natural when things get hard. But we keep going and every once in a while we are pleased.

    David, honest I’m guessing on my bf %.. based off what I’ve seen. I really don’t know . I could be lower ? But I mean yea at the end of the day I’ll show more abs the lower I go I’m sure. Working on it, seems that for some abs are there no matter what. For me, legs get PEELED before anything . So everyone’s different is what I’m taking from this

    Thanks for your input sasan . I train them 2-3x a week , usually hanging leg raises, or weighted crunches. I will just have to work hard in this area… weaknesses must be hammered lol

    Lol it’s awful . I’m training them hard, on 70 carb a day , retarded lean , and they suck . Ugh . Must be a genetic thing

    Looks like the it’s not so hard in the UK to get this. Compared to the states ???? there’s a source I found , have zero clue how legit or safe they are but I’m still looking. Might have to chance it

    Yessir !! There’s no easy way, it’s just funny the cravings have been out of control out of no where. Maybe I’m just hitting that next wall i need to kick down.

    And hell yes this is a choice lol I wanna look good .. and not an Ifbb pro YET ????

    Could it be that my training sessions intensity is causing insane hunger? I have been able to stay strong and do not lag in the gym i leave everything on the floor. And this week specifically i really pushed the envelope. Maybe that could be the factor driving my hunger at this point? IDK i want to find the F***** issue and fix it lol

    I have a bowl of cereal with a shake post workout that amounts to 50g carbs. Cant Really Push that any harder.. i mean i could but i need to keep overall cals lower. and carbs is where those cals come from.

    OFF DAYS(beef,eggs,almond butter)
    TRAINING DAYS(chicken/turkey/eggs)

    So if i cant ADD carbs, what do you do about the cravings? On training days my carbs are at 230-250 and off days they stay at 100. Fats are a little higher on off days. like i said ive been able to manage..till now. But to keep cutting i will need to cut more food. FROM WHERE ? lol.

    Im not lean enough right now to where i want to push back up yet. I have a ways to go maybe another 5 weeks of dropping food. Cheat meals have not helped knock this down, a day or 2 later im back in the thick of it lol.

    YES. But I’ve been running it now about 8 weeks .. and all the sudden this week I’m ravenous. I did just drop winny, was taking that about 6 weeks. I’m wondering if that was helping suppress things?

    It’s funny how the mind and body work … I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum . I’m reading like this I hate you lol I could eat a f****** house right now. I agree though , diet down for 6 weeks and you will switch over and the furnace will be burning everything up . You’ll be starving by the end of things
