We had a panatta hack years ago that was brutal on the knees nobody would use it in the end I’m not a big fan of hacks to be honest but that’s what the members want the last thing I want is buying it then nobody will use it as its hard on their knees that’s why I was thinking about the Watson Hack as it has multiple adjustments so more chance of suiting everyone but it’s got the biggest footprint ?

Is the conversion to DHT higher than Test ie will your endogenous level off DHT go higher when taking a DHT derivative than it would if you took the same amount of Test or a non DHT derivative compound

John – Have you checked your hormones?

Make sure they are all in range. I see it over and over when peoples estrogen etc are out of wack they always reports joint/tendon issues so worth checking

im a huge fan on trainedbyjp cure-coming double serving – helps loads personally and is the healthiest way IMO

There’s plenty of evidence out there that prove both cold and hot therapy boosts recovery, improves the immune system and increases longevity

Haha ive already got a sauna so can jump back in there after a cold dip Got this fear of not being able to climb out and being found dead with hypothermia A steel bath or old chest freezer probably better option for me at my age?

Thanks Adam seen the ice bath comp one looks awesome but bit out of my price range maybe if I win the lottery this week I’ll have a look at the cheaper options The wheelie bin is the cheapest but I don’t fancy climbing out of it especially if you’re freezing cold ?
