We had a panatta hack years ago that was brutal on the knees nobody would use it in the end I’m not a big fan of hacks to be honest but that’s what the members want the last thing I want is buying it then nobody will use it as its hard on their knees that’s why I was thinking about the Watson Hack as it has multiple adjustments so more chance of suiting everyone but it’s got the biggest footprint ?

Is the conversion to DHT higher than Test ie will your endogenous level off DHT go higher when taking a DHT derivative than it would if you took the same amount of Test or a non DHT derivative compound

Thanks Adam I think due to the fact I haven’t taken any form of painkiller for years I reacted so well to a small dose I’ve got the dispersable ones and the entrinsic coated type too Wouldn’t know which ones are more stomach friendly though

John – Have you checked your hormones?
Make sure they are all in range. I see it over and over when peoples estrogen etc are out of wack they always reports joint/tendon issues so worth checking

I had a blood test last week and everything good I’ll post it up I’m currently on 90mg Test E a week TRT Took another 25mg Diclofenac yesterday feeling great again today My thinking is if the Diclofenac can reduce the inflammation and pain the natural products I’m using Cure coming etc will maintain it and stop it returning What’s your thoughts

Haha there’s no chance of me taking Kratom A mate of mine had kidney problems due to Naproxen so that puts me off it Saying that he was on it for 6 months

Haha ive already got a sauna so can jump back in there after a cold dip Got this fear of not being able to climb out and being found dead with hypothermia A steel bath or old chest freezer probably better option for me at my age?

Thanks Adam seen the ice bath comp one looks awesome but bit out of my price range maybe if I win the lottery this week I’ll have a look at the cheaper options The wheelie bin is the cheapest but I don’t fancy climbing out of it especially if you’re freezing cold ?

I have been taking cold showers everyday for the last year or so nothing like them first thing in the morning to wake you up Like previous posts have eluded to lots of possible benefits both physically and mentally I like the fact it gives you mental fortitude last thing you want to do on a cold winter’s morning is have a freezing cold shower but when you do you feel great We’ll worth getting into

Thanks the multi cooker has all the features in one AirFryer. Pressure cooker,steamer etc but like to know if it’s a jack of all trades but master of none or does it do all the different functions as good as the individual specialist cookers

Thanks Rhea my heads wrecked there’s sooo many to choose from My main issue at moment and the main reason I want one is my neck which is been giving me loads of grief recently just worried if I do get one will I be able to use it on my own neck
