Sorry about that I’ll carry on ????I’ve taken most types of PEDs over the years and never had any real sides apart from then which is weird as you always think of Anavar as a safe drug

Nose bleeds and headaches probably due to a rise in blood pressure I’ve taken most

The majority of the stuff available then was Pharma so dosed correctly unlike today I remember using Anavar whilst dieting for a show it only came in 2.5mg tabs them days and I took 10 so 25mg a day but had to cut back to 20mg due to the sides Today the majority of Anavar comes in 50mg tablets and lads are taking 150mg plus makes you think

After reading further research apparently both high and low SHBG levels can be an indication of insulin sensitivity I’ve just added Boron to my supplementation as read that can lower SHBG levels I’ll see how it goes

Hi Doc just been doing some research and from what I can see is that low SHBG levels are an indication of insulin resistance not high unless I’m interpreting them wrong https://medicalxpress.com/news/2018-10-sex-hormone-protein-insulin-resistance.html

Thanks The plan was to start a low dose cycle of Cyp next month and get further bloods after 6 weeks now I’ve got a baseline to compare with but got a few issues that need investigating further first

Thanks Doc Had full bloods done last week and hBA1c and Triglycerides are good haven’t had fasted insulin levels tested though I’m assuming my SHBG level will rise even more if I take exogenous testosterone or is that not necessarily true? And is there anything I can take not natural that would lower it? Thanks again for the advice
