I can never see the point in increasing the amount of gear you take pre contest ,off season yes as your aim is to gain tissue but precontest all you’r trying to do is maintain muscle so why increase dosages apart from helping you mentally cope The number of times I’ve seen people upping their doses and adding more and more compounds in the last few weeks hoping to look that bit better but ending up looking worse Just my thoughts

Haven’t started using it yet Corrine was doing a bit of research for something to help with my knees and that came up I remember someone telling me about it years ago so been around for a good while and if like you say there’s no solid proof it works after that long mustn’t be great

I watched a video were Dave Palumbo was asked same question He said GH will cause hyperplasia as soon as you start using it but the new muscle fibres are microscopic so you won’t notice the increase but as you train and cause these new muscle fibres to grow hypertrophy you will start seeing the size increase This is why people assume it takes GH months to work

Thanks I’m 57 so taking it mostly for the health benefits really Thought before bed would be the more natural time to take it as at my age I doubt I’m producing much myself so I’d be replacing my natural production with the exogenous GH

Hi Jordan would it be possible for you to take some pictures when you’re fully depleted then fully carbed so we can see the difference I understand it’s the last thing you want to do when you’re flat and feeling like shit but if you don’t post the pics till after comp is over when you’re heads back to normal it won’t stress you and it’d be interesting to see differences thanks

I had a similar problem After speaking to a physio he recommended I warmed up the area using a hot water bottle then stretch it on a stair step for 30 seconds gradually increasing the severity of stretch and the amount of stretches then afterwards ice it for 5-10 minutes I found after a week or so it had recovered enough to resume calf training

I can only speak from personal experience I have been using PEDs since my late twenties I’m 57 next month I have been having regular blood tests for last 10 years and so far everything has always been fine Apart from having occasional slightly raised LDL and RBC which have returned to normal in follow up tests I’ve never had any problems As I’ve stopped competing I now only do a couple of mild cycles a year In my opinion if you’re sensible about usage have a healthy lifestyle and diet and get regular blood tests you can if not eliminate but negate the risks I have a lot of friends of similar age and history as me and they have never had any major health issues either I’m not saying steroids are safe but they’re not a prescription for an early grave as the media wants you to think

Thanks for the reply so can you get away with injecting twice a week as opposed to every other day? I’m considering using a blend of Test Phenylpropionate and NPP what would be the best injection protocol?

Thanks that’s what I really needed to know I’ll buy some Curcumin but think I’ll keep taking the Turmeric too to supplement it as it’s so cheap

Thanks for the link It’s no hassle to be honest just add it to my omelettes and shakes it’s pretty tasteless and cheap as f#@k Just wondering if swapping it for pure curcumin would be that much better
