Thanks Jordan I’ll have a look at them As I use pre made pwo drinks infrequently they’re a sort of treat to me before training that’s why I can never understand people just necking a scoop of the dry powder It’s like when I’m dieting and see someone walking down the street eating a pastie or something I think to myself you can’t be enjoying that wait till u get home make a cuppa and sit down and really enjoy it and wanna knock it out their hand Just one of my many pet hates when I’m dieting ?

Funny enough that’s more or less the exact pre w.out drink I make myself 90% of the time it’s just the odd days when I’m tired after a night shift I’ll use a pre w.out drink as an extra boost Use usual Cyclic Dextrose, BCAAS and EAAS intra now I’ve started a cycle

Probably no difference apart from a few extra ingredients they add It’s just like I said I enjoy sitting there for 10 mins before gym having a drink and getting my head into it It’s something I like doing

I’ve got caffeine tabs but I like sitting having a pwo drink before training psyching myself up and going through my head what I’m going to do before hitting the gym seems to help me have a better sesh

Ye tried a few I’m quite sensitive to stims so only use pre w.outs if Im really tired after work That was one of the one’s I’ve been looking at thanks for that

I was thinking of trying it over a 3 session cycle similar to Neil Hills 3YT method I’d like to know Jordans opinion on this if possible
