Woke today at 270.7 , that session took my fucking soul !

21 sets + 4 sets /ab n calf = 25 total sets = me fucking cooked haha

The next is TBJP USA which will be back but the absolute full line , we just agreed our partner in that today and i am so fucking excited for it , literally the most I have ever been about the brand so far , as we flopped the USA first time round . This time it’s diff it’s going to be the full line , including all clothing , and entirely run in house by us . We will have a date on that asap

In theory your nutrition partitioning will be enhanced but I wouldn’t bump right away, give it 2ish weeks and see what your body does with the drugs alone then start bumping food when called for

When you are making jumps in gear and GH, are you making the change all at once or gradually. Like 15 to 20 IUs or did you do for example 16 for a few days etc up to 20IU

Just pull a little extra back water with the shot, it’ll take that away

I dont know which is going to give better results but I am doing option 2 with pre and post humalog and seeing tremendous progress

Thank you guys, looks like I need to sit down and make a decision on what route I want to jump into, I truly love bodybuilding I just don’t think I will ever be good at it as I am 6’4” so that’s why I opt to running but bodybuilding brings me the most joy and want to be good at it, just don’t think I’ll ever be able to carry the size needed
