I’ve always done it at the start of a blast??

So blast, cruise while holding weight to let new muscle stick (only reduce cals to stop bodyfat getting high), tidy up for 6 weeks when drugs come back in, up drugs a bit and push into a surplus for 8-10 weeks.

    Dat not right??

Not a bad concept but I think the idea of doing it at the end of the blast is to be protected with the anabolics to protect muscle therefore can push a harder mini cut

If doing it at the beginning the anabolics haven’t fully “kicked in” to protect the muscle as well there fore can’t be as aggressive in the mini cut which means either not losing enough bf, dieting to long, or losing to much tissue

Just my opinion bud I’m sure the other guys will have a better reasoning!

I think it’s very easy to weigh dry the amount of rice you need for example 100g per meal – cook as many meals as you want let’s say 5 meals – 500g dry rice. Cook it all in one then weigh all cooked and divide the weight by 5 and portion. Simple.

Hi haider. I prefer to do it cooked as I know 250g cooked has around 65g carbs. If that makes sence???[/quote]

You don’t know that 250g rice cooked has 65g carbs because there are many factors that change the weight of cooked rice

ex: amount of water cooked with and the heat used to cook the rice

So 250g cooked is not always the same amount of rice it could be 55g carbs or it could be 75g carbs

If you weigh before cooking there are no factors to change the weight of the rice so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting

Diet soda is G2G I’ve been drinking it for years

Also a life saver when dieting, a different flavor + the carbonation gives you that full feeling without compromising your diet ????

If you use an intra workout drink with carbs/eaa or peptopro
imo a PWO shake is not necessary, I would wait until blood sugar drops back down and eat a high carb meal that is easily digestible ????
My go to is Rice Krispies/Whey isolate

I believe intra drink is a better investment as food will do the job PWO

Not only has nobody in the UK been able to emulate Dorian Yates, nobody in the world has.

Imo it’s a combination of all things you said, he has elite genetics

But the training, consistency, diet and drugs all played a part in him maximizing his genetics.

He’s one of the best bodybuilders in the world mate, his level is not achievable by many

It’s a no go imo, not enough information on it. I would say if you’re going to do anything, go for the real deal

Hey bud, are you getting reads regularly under 60??

Are you taking your BP the same time each time?? Are you take it post workout?

If it’s not below 60 it’s no concern imo

But a way to raise your diastolic and not raise your systolic is to add more salt to your meals and drink more water.

Many factors will affect your diastolic pressure like, poor sleep, body fat, dehydration, exercise etc

From a bodybuilding stand point, no there is no harm in using these.

From a health stand point taken to often can be harmful, if your BP is on the lower end and taken at a higher dose, it can tank your BP to a dangerous level very quickly.

But as stated above it can assist in lowering high BP and pumps are crazy at 15-20mg

I wouldn’t use it more than 1-2 times a week IMO possibly on lagging body parts for a better pump which will improve mind to muscle connection ????

Hey mate have you checked out the diet planner on the site? For someone new to tracking macros it is a great starting point. You can adjust up or down depending on weight, bf and performance in the gym

If one is lacking, I would start with that one

If balanced I would alternate between sessions
