I think it’s person dependent and how new the muscle is to injection and the oil your sust is mixed with
I’m running sust 250 right now and I don’t get an PIP from it

Gatorade and Powerade are caffeine free the monster drinks are not

The planner is just a guide, if you understand your nutrition and how your body reacts to different macro breakdowns/foods I’d go with that
If you struggle with understanding your body and need assistance id start with what his diet planner says and adjust depending on rate of loss etc

That’s exactly where my body stores fat too bud, rest of me will be pretty lean with lines in the quads and upper abs and obliques still visible but lower abs/love handle/lower back area will be holding all my fat
Really nothing you can do to change how your body distributes fat, just diet it off when the time comes after the mass is added in the off season

Why are you following it?
Make your own and what suits to your weaknesses and if not stick to the set up Jordan has here. I promise he has it thought out. He wouldn’t send out something he wouldn’t do himself

GTG mate

Not a bad shout mate where do you get yours from?
I live in the US bud, Gatorade is available at just the local market here

That’s like 1600 no carb
Personally if you’re dropping fat consistently, my low days wouldn’t be 0 carbs. I don’t see the need if trying to maintain as much lean mass as possible unless you’re making a hard push the tail end of a prep.
You can drop carbs in half or down to 100g around training as your low days and see how you do with that
That’s just my opinion. There are people on here with a lot more education and experience!

No bud
Protein & fats stay consistent
Drop carbs only on low days
Your goal is a caloric deficit I’m assuming??

Gatorade bud

That’s all person dependent on the persons needs and training intensity but I wouldn’t go higher than 100g.
I personally do 75g legs and pull 50g push

I think it’s a poly graph test bud unfortunately I don’t think you’ll be able to compete in a natural fed. But don’t let that hold you back from stepping on stage on a non drug tested fed, work your ass off, eat and you’ll be competitive

When pushing food up do you make your meals larger or add more meals?
