They are g2g brother, been using mine for a few years with no issues. I work as a first responder so mine is in an ambulance all day and still stays cold for the whole 12 hour shift

I like to inject into the muscle I’m gonna train a few before hand, I feel like it gives me a better connection to the muscle. No science behind it just how I feel so I roll with it until proven otherwise

Hey Matt, do you believe this approach is only applicable to some one applying insulin protocols? Personally I’ve noticed i can stay leaner on a bulk with this approach calories equated without insulin/gh.
I use this approach in the off season and stay leaner also, only using GDAs no insulin

Drop to low to zero carbs for a few days until the bloat and water go away, then slowly start adding in food and carbs, jumping straight into it is a recipe for disaster

Is this better then say wake up say an hour before getting to the gym, having a whey shake & some fats then start sipping Intra drink of eaa & carbs on way to the gym about 15-20 min pre?

I’d just opt for intra as meal one but start sipping 20 minutes prior to by.
so say karbolyn / sustain and mps max or pepto pro at desired ratio
then carb meals post workout for say 3 meals and drop of carbs later in the day

So say I’m taking in 500carbs on training days and I train first thing in the morning (I usually wake up super early and eat, but was looking for another way of doing things)
Say
100g Intra
200g post (that’s my normal post meal)
Post post 100g
Meal 4 100g
5&6 pro/fat?Or would you say spread it out more?

How much far do you push it body fat wise before doing a mini cut?
