I know it’s irrelevant but I was curious as to your doses for this cycle that you used?
-
James what did you do differently regarding food this offseason I mean TD and and NTD nutrition. I know that you are advocate of cardio in offseason on NTD and lower carbs?
He did cardio everyday in the off season & low carb higher fat approach on NTD. Go back in the log and all the info and full diet is there ????

Hey JP, can we get an update on how the NPP cycle is coming along for you? ????
-
Oatmeal is 80g raw for 1 cup
There’s 28g per ounce both cooked and uncooked
For rice it depends on the type you are using but on the nutrition label it should have a measurement for either 1/4 cup or 1/2 so just multiply the grams by 4 or 2 depending on what the bag has on the nutrition label
-
Are you looking for cooked measurements or raw
-
If possible a rice cooker imo is the best way to go
-
If it’s your only way to get protein down then all good, shakes is still better than nothing ????

Kuba is spot on but here is a general rule for each question you asked
1. If you’re in a calorie deficit and clean foods, no you should not get an increase in weight
2. Both, scale is a great tool but it doesn’t tell all. Many factors can go into an increase or decrease in weight but that doesn’t mean you aren’t on track
3. Do you have a time limit? If you’re looking to hold onto as much mass as possible I go with 0.5-1lb per week. The first few weeks may be higher as you drop the initial water weight
4. There is no definitive answer to this, this will depend on the scale and pictures. Once weight loss stalls and you don’t see any progress in your pictures from a fat loss stand point that would be a good point to drop the cals some or add expenditure (try to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible)

Hey,
It all depends how your body reacts to it, I’ve personally ran 12 weeks with 0 issues. If you start to feel off just lower the dose or take it out completely ????
-
But I will try to help the best I can with an oral only cycle, what are your goals for the cycle?
-
Orals are usually more toxic to your liver & the ones that aren’t are pretty mild and most likely won’t give you what you’re looking for without added injectables buddy

Great answers guys thanks .
Certain meds can effect hunger too , so I guess if I base my amount of calories off my performance in the gym then it’s pretty straight forward.
As long as my training plan is solid and consistent, sleep is good , then if I’m progressing lifts each week/month then keep food the same .
If not add a few cals around workout times .
You got it buddy, performance & body composition & scale
