    Flat press hits chest
    High incline hits chest
    Narrow floor press hits chest
    Pec dec hits chest

    It might not be direct work but the chest is pulled into all 4 of those movements, hitting that twice a week = more volume you were doing previously over the week

    Attach some pics brother and we can help some more, but at 136 pounds, I would be more worried about adding muscle then getting super lean. Can’t carve a pebble bud

    If he plans on coming off completely for an extended period of time, then HCG/Clomid/Nolva. If he doesn’t plan on coming off for long I would just recommend cruising. If your intentions are to re add anabolics shortly coming off completely doesn’t make much sense to me. For your body to bounce back naturally with no PCT it will take a minimum of 12 weeks and possibly up to a few years
