In that case job done why aren’t you building from here?? You can slowly increase calories out of this and make some great progress. No benefit to being leaner imo[/quote]

I would do
Meal 1 keep the same as before
Meal 2 is now your old meal 5
Meal 3 is pre meal which was your meal 2
Meal 4 is your post which was your meal 3
Meal 5 would be your old meal 4 post post -

Last page you said you are currently on 120 clen and 50 T3, do you take all 120 clen at once or do you split through the day? Same with question with T3? Thanks mate -

1.3g per lb sounds perfect, if using anabolics, you could bump that up to 1.7g as the protein synthesis is increased with the use of anabolics
