If you are pretty Lean then insulin pins would be a better route as it avoids the scar tissue from being built up

Post pictures and we stats & we will be able to help a little more then guessing body fat %
Still recommend taking bodyfat down before introducing Npp?[/quote]
Yeah mate, I can’t get a good picture of your body fat with thy picture but you can probably do a 4-6 week mini cut and then introduce it and reverse out of the deficit

18% is to high to start a gaining phase, roughly 10% imo is a good starting point

I hit each body part every 5th day using push pull rest legs rest. Like mentioned above add more cals around peri training. Make sure your intensity and execution is on point, use progressive overload and make sure you’re using movements you feel. Your legs will respond. I don’t think more frequency is the answer. Imo execution and intensity is the answer

But perhaps will be better reduce the meals breakfast, pre and post training with more carbs. Because there are the moments when carbs are more necessary instead take the same amount on each meal.It is a opinion. what do you think?
Post the question in the forum section bud, you’ll get a lot more opinions & this is for Jordan’s training/diet

This is already answered in the supplement forum. Same question so I’m guessing same person who posted it

for me i swap my post workout meal, for the off plan meal when the body is most primed for nutrients. My go to is normally five guys as its super carb dense and digests insane for me!!!!!
Five guys is high fat man, that’s not what you want to take in post workout. You want fast digesting carbs to get pushed into the muscle when they are most primed. I would save the five guys for last meal of the day

Small increases buddy, get the most out of the least amount of drugs. It’ll do you better in the long run. When you have enough mass and you need more drugs to continue to grow you won’t need to run crazy doses and put your health at risk
Karl’s increase imo is spot on and exactly how I would recommend most people to do it
