But your BG can get higher after exercise without ingesting any carbs, so probably this is not a good time to use it as a gauge.

Once your heart rate lowers and your body come to a calm state your bg will drop again after initial rise pw. Roughly 45-60 min for me and I’m in the 3.6-4.0 range

Golds gym Orlando was bought out it is now call “Fitness CF” but same kit as before v good gym I would recommend if in that area

I do quads all the time, down the side and i use insulin pins so no scar tissue.

Or you just don’t have v good fitness on the higher end of rep ranges on hard movements, do you do cardio regularly??

I would rotate all spots to minimize scar tissue, scar tissue in the quads will look shitty on stage.
They are good to go just don’t over do it and keep rotating. I personally use them in my injection rotations

My go to is cor/whey or rice based cereal/whey digest v well when pushing post-workout carbs high

I personally have had my best off season with test/tren Ace/npp/mast prop
Using lower doses of tren and npp instead of using 1 at a higher does. Blood work was on point mid cycle and still on point at the end of the cycle. It all depends on how your body reacts to certain compounds.
If tren doesn’t give you any bad sides like digestion issues, sleep etc it’s great for off season. Monitor side affects and bloods closely and if anything is off drop the tren.
But you seem relatively new to AAS bud so imo I would just stick to test/npp. Good diet and intense training that will see you off v wellThanks for your comment man. Yeh, was worried about combining them in terms of my gyno. Based on one month tren ace, I think I can say there aren’t really bad sides for me. Reason I wanted to start with the NPP and then swith to tren e is the following: I want this cycle to be as long as possible and had the fear that if I would immediately start with tren E, I would plateau too soon. However, I don’t know if that would be the case, since I’m planning to use only 200mg tren e/ week, to keep sides at a minimum. This is already my 3rd cycle btw.

Hey bud I started at 300 and got up to 450 pw of tren ace. I ran it for 10 weeks combined with test and npp then dropped the tren and continued the test/npp with a higher dose npp for another 10 weeks.
I had a great experience and I would do it again as my bloods were spot on the whole time, I just stopped the tren because I started having small digestive issues when the food got high so I cut it out to resolve that issue ????

I actually use them more when dieting, the carbonation give me a full feeling. Just don’t over do it and you’re g2g
