Tren is good for putting on size if it doesn’t mess with your digestion at all, how do you get on with tren and higher food mate?
If you can’t digest well on tren I would switch compounds and I personally would opt for test/npp/primo as that will do v well in a growth phase

What about insulin needles as they are v small compared to a normal 1inch syringe

If they cause you to bloat don’t eat them, try rice based products as most seem to get on well with these. Ground rice or cream of rice is what I prefer over oats

ah yer just checked 2nd pic doesn’t look as yellow, 1st one looked tren yellow. Mine are more colour less

Are you in a caloric surplus? Sleep is on point? Eat the same amount of meals before the lift? Were you hydrated?

Nobody will have an answer for you, there’s so many factors that go into someone calories. Cut back some carbs from current meals away from training meals is a good start.

I live in Florida and it’s a cool 95 degrees every day and work 12 hour shifts outside so including intra and 20oz pre workout i drink 8 liters of water + 1 diet soda a day

Did you use an AI the first time? If your test dose is the same and you got on good last time I would just do the same even with the added mast, you should be g2g with the same Protocol you used before

Imo I would leave them and just watch the mirror, performance and weight. Re asses weekly
I don’t think dropping cals just because you’re coming off Is necessary

How much did you eat? One meal off will not make you spill over that bad if you’re in shape
