@johnwest so referring to the above, you would suggest doing the usual warm up sets JP speaks about on this and then doing the ‘top set’ of 6-8 firstly and then do two ‘back off sets’ as such on the 8-12 after the 6-8 set

Yes, besides do 1 top set of 6-8 and then 1 back off set of the 8-12

    2 “working” sets in total

I like sust, I usually use it in line with npp or tren so it’s easier to pin them both at the same time.

But all 3 are g2g just a preference on jabs

It depends on your recovery capabilities, some people can load lower back more than once a week, but I personally can’t recover from it

I would advise doing 6-9 for your first set then back down the weight and go for a 10-15

I wouldn’t do a higher rep set first then go for your top set, you’ll lose strength that way from being fatigued from the first higher rep set

On the loading set at what rep range would you increase the weight? I know Dante increases when he can do 13 perfect reps. Cheers[/quote]

For the loading set I stay at the same weight until I fail doing perfect reps at the high end of the rep range, 8-9 then I do a small increase in weight and try to match it and so on each session

Personally I like to add activity before dropping cals. So up cardio 5-10 minutes and reassess

I agree with Brian, but since you already have it at home it sounds like you’re going to do it no matter what so we should at least try to point him in the right direction.

For sust you would want to do it eod and at the absolute longest e3d but I recommend eod. To keep the dose the same you would just divide the 1ml by however many shots you are going to do.

Have you tried different foot placement on the pad with leg press? How do squats feel?

How well does NPP do in a contest prep? Or is it more of an off season drug?

Awesome, thanks everyone ???? il keep my close stance going forward, yes I’ve definitely experienced feeling it in my lower back at times. Is this just down to technique/too much loading/position on machine?

When doing the movement, do your best to push your hips into the pad to take everything out of the movement besides hams

Is the peanut better you’re consuming all natural? Check ingredients it should only be peanuts and salt
