    this is practically the same as my upper lower.the only difference is I chuck side lat movement after both ulper sessions and I added bicep work to leg days..simply because after my upper day im done..I literally wanna die.

    ignis is the best I’ve used in a long time..they must be dosed correctly because gains and the feeling you get whilst using ignis are out of this world

    This thread is possibly more suited to the training forum.. However, I’m in agreement with most of the guys above. Push, pull, rest, legs, rest, repeat. Around 6-10 exercises, one loading set of around 6-8 reps and one back off around 12-15 for compound movements. Between 2-4 sets for Isolation work or utilising 1 intensifier set like a rest/pause or drop set.
