    Ha no not just written out for me. Merely wondering on how people go about their sessions.

    But instead Legs/Push/Pull to separate legs and pull as much as possible)

    Since following JP I’m really intrigued on his style of training. Already after a few weeks I’m feeling a lot stronger from the one heavy set and back off set.

    Just wondering how/when people rotate the say delt or Ham focused sessions as I can’t seem to come across anything specific on here.
