Hello mate, for me you are not “fat”, you just soft which is ok, with a little storage in mif section and love handles
I wouldn’t go for a deficit based on the look you got and how you look alike which is still slim and not fat overall.
But cause it’s been since february you have been growing, so 9ish months something, I think you might need few weeks of deficit to push up again, just because I don’t want you to stay that much time in growth.
I would do a small step back with a deficit and then start again the growthThanks, appreciate that 🙂

I don’t think you necessarily need to go into a cut based on these pics. There is still room to keep pushing, so long as appetite, digestion, progress and recovery are still in a good place. I would only run a tidy up if any of these are taking a hit, otherwise keep growing!

I should add one more question: im going crazy If i dont Progress in a Chest movement for example for 1-2 weeks. Its not that im stalling Forever, but Sometimes it Takes a bit to progress for a Chest movement, while the lat or Upper Back Work progresses every time. Is it due to Bad Programming/execution or nothing to worry about?
