Much better off micro dosing Reta I’ve found to mitigate any issues like this.

Bolus dose will get a bigger spike = higher initial suppression.

As it’s a GLP it will slow digestion down to a degree. So you want to ensure meal timings are consistent to avoid any issue here.

Also keep on top of fluids and electrolytes. Could just be a case of being under hydrated causing digestive issues.

Did you get bloods done at 1000? It’s often relative.
Depends on genetics / dna also. 48 reading is triple some people’s natural levels so 400mg in their cases would see about right to show 48 ish

I did mate yeah, annoyingly it was a reading of >120 as thats where the test only read upto so don’t have exact numbers.. inline with what you’re saying does make sense, I’m prepping now anyway so don’t really need levels to be any higher than that was more of a curiosity.

Was more a case of expecting it to be higher titrating down from peak dose!

Probably just abit of prep head and me overthinking it hahah
