so you would reccomend tb500 for 8 weeks the the BPC-157 after? can i ask do you need to take anything when you come off these products?

you put some fantastic stuff out there in terms of training and nutrition. In terms of getting stronger and bigger for rugby would you still advise 1 set to failure or would you stop short of failure? I ask because the aim is to get strong and I know you had a rugby background. And they train different to bodybuilding specifics.Cheers and all the best

Hi Jordan. You say you played rugby at harlequins and wasps. Would you still train to absolute failure if you was still playing rugby or wouod you structire it differently? As I feel a lot of rugby lads overtrain in terms on volume. I myself play rugby and just wanderd what your thoughts would be. Also hope you have a great Xmas to you and Corrine. And keep up the good work.
