PED 250 test/week
-
As the guys have said. Don’t do anything rash. Monitor weight daily next couple of days and adjust food accordingly.
What’s the goal at the min ?
The goal is the get lean and take a break from blasting. Including a high day for my leg day every week and gradually lower food and cardio as needed. Usually check where I’m at once a week and adjust the plan from there. Was just unusual I didn’t gain weight from high day. Didn’t go all out on my cheat meal so that might have something to do with it

I wouldn’t alter anything purely based on one day. Monitor feedback over the next few days and if your scale weight continues to drop too quickly, then you can make adjustments to your plan accordingly.
There could be several reasons as to why you had a big drop. A reduction in stress, drop in water, improved sleep, more frequent toilet visits, reduction in fibre, loss of sweat… etc.
Thank you for the feedback! I’ll keep an eye on everything and keep the plan the same.

There is nothing magical about PPL, its just practical if you want to train your body 2 times a week. No reason to be married to a specific split. (Just saying this as many people think PPL is the split above all splits).
I noticed improvements in my arms when I took bis from pull and tris from push and ran them together on a seperate day. And nothing stops you from actually keeping in a couple of sets on bis or tris on pull and push.
This is my take on it. Hope it helps.
Thanks for the response! I’ll give that a try. I think after my cardio session would be the perfect time for some arm work. Hopefully get my arms to catch up with the rest of my body

Thank you! Great answer! Starting out at 7% bf, 147lbs(lol I’m a little guy). Eating 4k kals a day, gaining weight slowly. I’ll keep an eye on bf and use it as a guide.

I guess this is a stupid/broad question. I guess a better way to phrase it is, How should I approach my diet if I have very little muscle mass and won’t be competing anytime in the near/far future. The goal being to gain as much muscle as I can? Should I approach it cyclily? Or just stay around maintnence? Sorry if that is an even more stupid question.
