I’m with the giant, there’s more movement variations there than you’re giving credit to!
Lots can be done with a subtle enough shiftI was looking at making big changes each rotation but just switching angles and back from dbs and barbels and machines il be able to add more rotations.
Thank you allJham

Perfect @giantjohal & @joe-ballinger-2 will try make a 3rd rotation. I was more focused and trying to make the workout as different as possible but I will look at switch Rep ranges and the use of dbs and barbells ????????

Any further advice @jordan-peters before the educator part comes out.
Should I rotate exercises around to make another rotation up or would 2 be fine?
Also would you suggest starting on hamstring on one of the rotations or always stick with the quads as both areas are lagging.
Any other input would be appreciated.

have a good holiday, in regards to diet and training whilst away what approach do you take if any?

I will eat so I don’t loose weight, previously I stayed on plan…. as I was in rebound last time I went away which was Rome with my big old bro. So I cooked and stuck to plan with a meal off at night which was steak and pasta.
This time mate I want total chill rest and recover i will eat when I’m hungry not force feed maybe do a days fasting completely. My body needs a rest and a break before next push up. Need a good reset before I get back to it for the rest of the year. It will be nice to switch off for 4 days and it will just draw me back to work even better once I’m return

I’ve taken stuff into Thailand a number of times and never had an issue. Kept in suitcase with a lock on, also taken pins and no issue.

Only a MRI will show what’s wrong, I had the same issue and symptoms and my c5/c6 disc had slipped after a year or so it ended up snapping meaning I needed surgery, and again recently had the same issue and had second spinal surgery in March hopefully yours won’t come down to this but it’s better to catch it early on. Which fingers seem to be affected.
I still get some symptoms and continually have to do nerve stretches to help.Jham

Interesting, will be adding these at the end of some workouts to see how it goes.

Occlusion training is awesome when injured. Also think it has its place at the end of a session for cell swelling and huge metabolic stress.

Hi Matt,
Yeah I was thinking it may be good at the end of a workout to really get the blood into the muscle.
In regards to training when injured would this be because of more blood into the muscle to help repair or being able to get a pump without taxing the muscle with heavy weights?Jham
