Try using aspirin every day for a few days, see if that helps. If so you might consider lowering dose of eq and maybe give blood.

Pain then gloryCan I just ask what you mean give blood? As I thought you couldn’t donate blood if you was on?

I’ve had the same issue now and again, couple wks ago i had it in my lat it swells up and is really sore and red, I normally take some naproxen and heat up the area and it tends to go down after a day. Not sure the reasons behind it but it’s never been infected just body didn’t seem to like it.

Yes as above your numbers are off.
Also no one can say if these numbers are any good as it depends on slot of factors that are individual.
For me your protein is to high at your weight.
However if your AAS n your pushing things then I can see a reason for the elevated protein

Yes AAS will be used but at a moderate dose, do you think protein should be dropped down to 1.5g per lb or kept at 2?
With the mistake of calories from fats it’s pushed my calories to 4100 instead of lowering this I think I will just increase my output with some fasted cardio. Also I only use the Fitbit as a guide line it wouldn’t take my muscle density into consideration so believe my output is higher then it says at 3100. Only way would to be see if body weight increases each wk.Jham

Not sure if a typo but fats are way off. 100 g of fats would equal 900 calories not 400. That would make a huge difference to your calorie surplus. I also think your protein is a bit high, 2 grams per pound of body weight is a bit overkill in my opinion. For bulking purposes you would be better off lowering that a bit and raising your carbs instead.
Thanks I times it by 4 not 9. Edited now

Favourite: machine chest press (able to feel and control a lot more then normal bench)Most challenging got to be RDL I find it hard to feel the muscle connection.
Also all rear delt work due to same issue.3 movements would be chest press, rows and leg press.

Hi guys it’s the SG 150mg/1ml. After about 20mins in boiling water it seemed to go back to normal. Do you think I’m going have to do this before every jab or should it be fine now after boiling once.

Hi,
I’m carb cycling at moment so this is what I’m doing…
Rest days maintenance calories with carbs dropped and fats upped.
Workout days 300/400 calorie increase of carbs and fats reduced.
Heavy workouts ie back and leg days calories increased again about 500/600
These extra calories will be around workout times.Protein intake stays the same just carb and fats change for me.
Hope this helps abit…Jham

When your shooting 40mins pre workout are you taking anything in between that and your intra shake? Do you start sipping your shake 20mins after the pin or when you start training?

I’ve changed bedding a number of times, from bedsheet type to duvets. Bedroom is well ventilated as I’ve always got the window open and they also have vents in the top. I just wear boxers to sleep in. I don’t think it’s my environment as I spend a lot of my time in hotels and still have the same issue.
Last meal is 150g chicken, 2 bagels with 20g nut butter. I also sup with zma and 5htp before bed.
ThanksJham

I’m 5”10 morning weight is 94kg at 27years of age and body fat is low, blood pressure was fine last time I checked and currently not running anything. Don’t tend to sweat that much but do get a odd hot flush through the day where my back seems to burn up and I get abit clammy but that’s about it. Last few nights the night sweats have been awful though and I’ve had about 2/3 hours sleep each night.
