Thanks for the comments everyone. Yeah I had a A and B split with hitting compound movements first. This will be the first time I’m hitting stuff twice in the week so i guess i will just have to trail and error it to see how my recovery time is, I believe my upper chest is a weakness as well so my A workout focuses on upper chest and the B workout as incline as secondary with a flat press first. This will be the first week I’m trying so il let you guys know how I get on and share my split in abit more detail.
