Eat a carb rich meal before bed the night before a session and add in an intra to fuel your session.
Performance Fuel is great and doesn’t bloat me personally.
Thanks mate trialed this morning.
added in an extra oat meal
Before bed. I believe has done the job trained legs this morning no dip and managed a PB on pendulum this morning. -
Vials would be my choice for the reasons already mentioned. Also the vial will give you much better flexibility when it comes to dosing especially daily micro dosing.
Proforma is the one if looking for peptides at the moment. Batch tested so you know you’re getting the real deal and quality.
It’s the Wild West out there when it comes to peptides, especially non pharma pens IMO so you have to use lab tested sources.
When can you buy proforma from? Cant find the website anymore

Hello mate,
Reading all what you said; and others answers, and I agree with most of the answers.
For being a woman I know that, USUALLY, the problem isn’t what she said : in that case BB.
I am sure you missed the mark on some stuffs and bodybuilding is “what she thinks is the problem”, but deeply inside; I feel this is not the real problem here.
If you spend 12 years together; you probably know already your weak point from day one into the couple ; and those weak points from you probably increased since you got a real passion.
What a woman can’t handle in general in a couple :
– lack of partnership
– lack of discussion or quality time
– lack of listening
– selfish
– lack of initiative
You just have to find out what you were doing already wrong before BB and check if your attitudes didn’t become worst with bodybuilding.
What probably changed since you started bodybuilding :
• you have less time for your wife
• less time to listen
• more fatigue so less initiatives
• more time in the kitchen so probably more time making the kitchen dirty and upside down
• just one discussion topic from you (cause it’s your passion); so probably you just speak to her about gym; about you; about anything related to that sport.
The last of the last option would be fear to loose you cause she can’t follow your goal so she feel incapable mentally; and not good enough physically.
You also need to check if you are acting the same with her than before ? ; do you “push her to exercise” or do you still makes compliments to her saying she is pretty ?
Cause she might feel you push her cause your tastes has changed ?
If you always been demonstrative from the fact you love her as she is; and since you start BB you push her; she might think you don’t think she is sexy anymore or good enough for you, you see ?
My solutions :
• give her some of your attention and time when you DON’T speak about this sport
• make her surprises; take initiatives
• make sure the sport you do don’t add too much tasks FOR HER to the household; and that she can have time to take care of herself too. (Keep kitchen clean always; don’t forget clothes here and there etc)
And if all of this does not work; go to see a couple therapist; cause most of the time; that’s a communication trouble; non BB RELATED.
Thank you very much for your advice I will certainly be taking a look at all of the above over the next few days to set it right for 2026!

Do you support her with her goals, hobbies and passions ?
If I’m being completely honest, I don’t really know what her passions or goals are, as she rarely talks about what she wants to achieve and seems content with where she is in life. That said, I recognise that I should know her goals, interests, and hobbies, and it’s something I intend to talk to her about.
In the past, I’ve tried to support her with things like dieting and lifestyle changes, although she’s struggled to maintain consistency. I’ve also made it clear that whatever she chooses to pursue—whether that’s Pilates or something else—I would fully support her.
We also share two children, and I make sure to do more than my fair share when it comes to school runs, bath time, and their basic day-to-day care. -
All of the tbJP Athletes are reputable coaches and fantastic at what they do, so take a look at their work and see who you align and relate to the most, then go from there.
Thank you clare ill have a look now

I would drop the clen out and slowly taper food up into the holiday end of this month. Not only is this the most sensible move based on were body composition is now but it will mean you won’t see much of a rebound/water retention effect when away
Morning mate, would you work out maintenance and add a small surplus?
My plan was to up my current cals of 2000 to 2250 adding carbs keep fats and protein the same.
Keeping cardio and training and PED all the same.I am very active roughly 15k/18k steps a day.

Hi all,
wrist is all closed up and stitches are gone! Just need to stay off the heavy pressing movements for the next 2 weeks.
Wrist feels great.
Time to dig in to get down to 10-12% body fat.
Ready for a big push.

The mid section is often the last area to lean out, so it’s really just a case of persevering and continuing. Unfortunately we can’t target the areas we want to lose fat from, it will all come off eventually, so don’t lose faith and keep going.
Thank you very much for you advice. This has given me the faith to carry on 😆
