Hello mate
Swipe for COR
I has the same issue with Oats no matter which brand, no matter their form
It just happened and stayed same for two years
Until a day where everything was fine again
At some points, potatoes did the same to me at a different time, and also broccoli at another different time
Atm your body does not tolerate one thing, remove/swipe it and try again later
thanks Allison❤️

I never bother with the why , I don’t find it helpful use of my time , I just change foods . Then it’s solved . I never care about whys anymore , the longer and longer I have done this , I just change and move on instantly , instead of thinking it’s this big mystery that needs solving
yeah i instantly swapped them out for cor but i was confused because it kinda happened overnight and i was only eating 50g of them nonetheless i’m really grateful for all the replies and knowing that it’s a pretty common thing

I generally get this with oats in my improvement season when my food is higher, I would look to swap out for a short while and then re introduce, or look to change to gluten free oats
will definitely try gluten free in a few weeks. thank you Phoebe 🙂

Sometimes we can just become intolerant. I’ve had it before and I’ve come away from it for sometime then reintroduced it and it’s not been an issue. I would swap this out for another option for now
yeah i’m doing cream of rice now, thanks for the response Kamara 🙂
